I’m Rose Henderson,
An EMCC-accredited Practitioner Coach and MSc in Business-Occupational Psychology candidate, with a Management Degree level 9, from a Technical University in Carlow, passionate about supporting people through moments of transition, growth, and rediscovery.
With over 15 years of international experience working with individuals and teams across different cultures, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how people grow and perform when they feel supported and understood.
Throughout my career, I have helped people build confidence, develop their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity. My work focuses on supporting individuals who may feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for change.
By combining my leadership background with my studies in Management, Coaching, and Business-Occupational Psychology, I help people reconnect with their strengths and move forward with confidence.
My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and practical insight. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where people can explore challenges, build self-belief, and develop a clearer direction in both their professional and personal lives.
I believe that moments of uncertainty can often become the starting point for meaningful transformation.
